LEAFORA offers tea, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, accessories, brewing equipment, drinkware, storage products, filters, and related items. Product availability, packaging, appearance, specifications, ingredients, quantities, and descriptions may change.

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging updates, and manufacturing variations may cause colors or details to appear different from the delivered product.

Food, Beverage, and Wellness Information

Product descriptions and website content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease. LEAFORA may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or description errors, quantity concerns, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

• Orders must be placed for lawful personal or authorized business purposes.
• Resale, automated purchasing, abusive order patterns, or attempts to bypass quantity limits may be restricted.
• If an accepted payment is associated with an order that is canceled, the applicable amount will be released or refunded through the original payment method, subject to processing timelines.
• Order changes or cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any other required charges are displayed during checkout before you submit the order.

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may correct typographical, pricing, discount, product, availability, or calculation errors. When a material error affects an unfulfilled order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item or order, or provide an opportunity to proceed at the corrected price where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is current, complete, accurate, and authorized for use.

Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery

LEAFORA provides free shipping on all products. The stated delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Tracking information may be provided after an order enters the delivery process.

Delivery timing may be affected by address accuracy, carrier operations, severe weather, transportation interruptions, security reviews, holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will handle delays and shipping issues in accordance with applicable law and the shipping information presented at the time of purchase.

• You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address.
• Delivery estimates do not alter rights available under applicable consumer law.
• Contact customer support promptly if tracking indicates delivery but the order cannot be located.
• Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the delivery terms shown for the order.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

LEAFORA offers free returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days. A request should include the relevant order details and be started within the stated window.

Products should be handled reasonably and returned with the items and components required to evaluate the request. Certain conditions, health or safety considerations, misuse, damage after delivery, missing components, or other circumstances may affect the available resolution to the extent permitted by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subscriptions, Discounts, and Promotions

Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount after successful subscription, with no discount code required. Selected promotional products automatically receive 20% off, with no discount code required.

Eligibility, product selection, timing, and the amount displayed at checkout determine how a promotion applies to an order. Promotions have no cash value and may not be reproduced, transferred, manipulated, or obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity.

We may correct a promotion applied because of a technical, display, eligibility, or calculation error before fulfillment. Marketing email recipients may unsubscribe using the method provided in promotional messages. Transactional communications may still be sent when needed for an account, order, delivery, return, security matter, or service notice.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website and its text, branding, logos, graphics, photography, layout, design elements, product presentation, videos, software, and other content are owned by LEAFORA or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

LEAFORA grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. This permission does not include a right to copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website or its content without authorization.

Reviews and Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant LEAFORA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content in connection with the website and business, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening, infringing, private, abusive, spam, unrelated to the product experience, or otherwise violates these Terms. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to provide an honest review or lawful opinion about LEAFORA, its products, or its services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or services to:

• Violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person’s legal rights.
• Commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use an unauthorized payment method.
• Interfere with website operation, security, availability, checkout, accounts, promotions, or other customers.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, excessive requests, scraping tools, or unauthorized data-collection systems.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, quantity limits, fraud systems, account restrictions, or promotion rules.
• Copy, resell, exploit, or misuse website content or services without authorization.
• Use the website to harass, threaten, discriminate, defame, or publish unlawful or infringing content.

We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with payment providers, service providers, legal advisers, or authorities where appropriate and lawful.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. LEAFORA does not warrant that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.

Product warranties, if any, are provided as stated with the relevant product or by the applicable manufacturer. Implied warranties are not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAFORA and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity arising from the website, services, products, or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAFORA’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

Indemnification for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold LEAFORA harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Those services may have independent terms and privacy practices. LEAFORA is not responsible for a third party’s independent content, availability, security, or conduct.

Changes and Availability

We may update products, features, content, prices, policies, and these Terms. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on the page and, where required, material changes will be communicated appropriately. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued under applicable law.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your residence provides protections that cannot be waived. Subject to applicable law, disputes not resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Hawaii.

Severability and Waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment and Force Majeure

You may not assign these Terms without written consent. LEAFORA may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, transfer, or change in control, subject to applicable law. LEAFORA is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, but this does not remove obligations or consumer remedies that apply by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies, product notices, checkout information, and promotion terms, form the entire agreement concerning the website and services and replace prior discussions on the same subject.
